That the only goal of pedophiles is to rape children? I'm attracted to women and manage to not rape anyone. Even when I didn't have a girlfriend I still managed to not rape anyone. What makes you think there aren't pedophiles out there who really have no interest in raping anyone?

Well, you are interested in woman, and of course, already acted in your interests dating/having sex with a woman. It's your nature.
Pedophiles cant act in their desires without commiting rape, considering that a child cannot consent. I think that they deserve help, and should be helped, but to think that they will never act in their desires is asinine, and how easy is to manipulate children.

You cant have consensual sex with children. Every sex with children is rape. They cant consent. They are easily impressionable. You cant act in your desires as a pedophile without commiting rape.
Now you can say that a pedophile can spend his entire life without having intercourse with children, but I think this is extremely unlikely. They need help more than extermination, but the simple fact that they exist put children in risk; not to talk about the CP market that Pedophiles require and is even more traumatic to a child to participate in.

There is definitely, 100% something wrong with being a pedophile. No, pedophiles shouldn't be mass castrated or exterminated, but saying "there's nothing wrong with it!" is fucking harmful. It's a disorder that desperately needs to be treated because if not, kids are at risk.
