While voodah is an idiot, the pro-cop Tehrin is even more idiotic. One guy told him that not talking to cops is the best thing to do always. Tehrin said that's not true in this situation, and I agree with him there. But then when the other person continues pushing his side, Tehrin says
>They wouldn't have been in the wrong to assault him if he had stayed silent and uncooperative. In their mind people would still be in danger, they weren't sure who the shooter was and he could be harboring a potential suspect.
Now that's just fucking wrong on all kinds of levels.

Saying anything to police when they are targeting you to say anything other than "Fifth Amendment" and "Lawyer" is the wrong choice 100% of the time.
Dont Talk to Police: http://youtu.be/6wXkI4t7nuc
Runs a stop sign and gets pulled over
LAWYER LAWYER AM I BEING DETAINED AM I BEING DETAINED??????????????
Way to exaggerate my point to avoid having to actually think thoughts. Don't get so grumpy friend. Consider eating a Snickers^^tm You're not you when you're hungry.
If you'd like to watch the actual lawyer in the video or the actual police officer in part two explain why I'm right and provide some legal credentials and a rebuttal I'll be happy to listen.
His snarky comment was his way saying that "pleading the 5th" 100% of the time is in fact retarded.
I'm going to take the lawyer's advice backed by the statements by a supreme court judge and an officer over sourceless V35P3R and RustyShackleford.
Maybe that's just me though.
You can do whatever you want. Your previous reply made it seem like V35P3R's statement flew right over your head, which is why I dumbed it down for you. Have a good night!
No, it didn't fly over my head, it just didn't actually contribute in any way.
> Have a good night!
You too!
Ya, you saying that kinda shows it did. Oh well.
Not really. I provided, again, a source for my statment. He responded with a ridiculous, overblown caricature of an argument that implied yelling at the police officer a la those "sovereign citizen" assholes. At best he provided a corner case, but did not refute anything the video said.
Hell, you're more invested in this argument than he was. He was just circlejerking for reddit points. You're legitimately invested.
